What is direct primary care (DPC)?

Ross Medical Care is a direct primary care clinic.  That means that as a direct primary care clinic, we offer a concierge level of care at a monthly fee that is affordable. We eliminate the middle man (insurance) and work for our patient’s directly.

What is unique about Ross Medical Care?

Superior customer service and personalized care served with excellence and compassion. We are the answer for concierge medicine but at a price that you can afford.

How long is the subscription?

We have 1-year and 3-month memberships available.

Do you accept health insurance?

Simply, no. By eliminating the bureaucracy, we are able to provide medical care free of constraints and escalating costs. Health insurance can, however, be used for any labs or outside imaging that is ordered.

Do you recommend patients have health insurance?

Yes, but choose your options wisely. A major medical plan is often cheaper and works great with our model.  Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can be a wise investment as well as both major medical and HSAs can help if hospitalization or specialty care is needed.

Do you have small business plans available?

Absolutely! We love working with small businesses to help provide healthcare benefits to your workforce at an affordable price. Please email kara@rossmedicalcare.com to get all of your questions answered.

Can we join if we have Medicare or Medicaid?

At this time, no. Due to certain regulations, I will not bill patients for my services who are on these plans, either as a primary or secondary insurance. Hopefully, this will change in the future.

Can you be my PCP?

Of course!  We will do every function necessary as a PCP, from obtaining prior authorizations, ordering tests or referring to specialists when necessary.

How do I contact you?

Simply call the clinic at 918-932-2909 or use our secure email option at kara@rossmedicalcare.com.  If needing urgent help apart from business hours of 8am-5pm, simply call the clinic number and it will automatically roll to a Ross Medical Care provider.  Arrangements can be made for telemedicine as well.

Do you share my records with any third party like insurance companies or other agencies?

No.  Your records are secure and we maintain your privacy in that we are not obligated to share your records with any entity unless you specifically request us to.

What about one time visits?

While we do offer one-time visits, in order to achieve the best coordination of care to meet your needs, we find that a minimum 3-month subscription is needed to achieve the best results.  At Ross Medical Care we strive to always deliver exceptional care, whether you are a one-time patient, a 3-month patient or an ongoing patient. Please call the office at 918-932-2909 and speak with one of our wonderful staff members for pricing and to discuss the best option for you and your family.
